Hello!
I am new to the CML group and joined to access some interesting
info.
My name is Donna, I am 42 yrs old, and was diagnosed with
AP- CML since 1/23/03. I am currently at MD Anderson and a
participant on the AMN-107 trial. I started 2 weeks ago, so I don't know
if any improvement has happened. I have great faith in Dr. Cortes and
all the Leukemia Clinic staff, and hope that they will get me through this
illness on my journey to being Ph (-). I currently have some clonal
evolution despite being on Gleevec, so off to Houston I went. I have met
some of the kindest people here, and have heard some heartbreaking
stories. May God keep watch over all of us and get us to CCR soon.
