I think this group is great and I appreciate the work that everyone does to make it so. However, I could do without the 20+ copies of the same email in the daily digest. Please everyone, remember to delete all but the relevant portions when responding so that we dont have to read thru many multiple copies of the same posts over and over again.
Now, I have a question I would like some help with if anyone is able, please. I have found an enlarged lymph node in my right breast. It grew from 5mm in November to 9mm in February. I also have several other noticeable lymph nodes in my neck. My onc does not think that any of them feel cancerous but on Tuesday of next week I am having a lymph node biopsy, just to be on the safe side. Can anyone tell me exactly WHAT the differences are in lymphoma, lymphatic lukemia and breast cancer?! I do not believe that my lump is associated at all with breast cancer. From what I understand, it is just a swollen lymph node. That leads me to believe that we are checking for either lymphoma or lymphatic lukemia. I have asked questions of my doctor and done some internet research as well, but have not received any clear answers. Can someone enlighten me, please? Thanks. ------------------------ Yahoo!
