Actually Nancy they were planning to sue Jerry and you if I recall correctly from the conversation with the husband of the person who made the calls. It was true that I received multiple calls at 2AM, 3AM, 4AM and had other problems with a certain person as did others. That was communciated and known to others at the time and I would have no problem signing an affadavit that I received those calls and I am sure those who were made aware of it at the time would have no problem stating so under oath either. There directly involved this group because the calls came from a person in this group who was dissatisfied with how the group operated.
I did not say that the Group Of Six caused those particular problems but as evident from the posts today other problems are originating from the 6 people in that group who want to control the content and direction of the group. I did not agree with the demands then and I do not agree with them now. Are you saying that you and the other 5 have not communicated with each other about these matters except for that one week some months ago?
