[CML] Side effects of gleevec

I have been on gleevec for three years and at 800mg's for almost one year. Has anyone had eye trouble such as sharp pains and then a scratchy feeling.  It goes away in a couple of minutes, but comes back periodically.  Also has anyone have hip and joint pain. Sometimes it is hard to climb stairs.  Maybe it's arthritis kicking in. Info would be appreciated.  Thanks New!
