Do stay positive. I'm a 5 1/2 year survivor of CML so it's not a death sentence and new drugs are being developed to hopefully cure this illness but in the meantime there are some meds out there to keep it from progressing. Good luck to you and listen to your doctor. Sincerely, Diana
