I also have been having problems with memory since taking the gleevec. I get lightheaded and tongue tied , little words like "table" dont compute. It isnt that i dont remember ... its like , you know what it is but you cant quite remember the word for it.It doesnt happen all of the time mostly when i get lightheaded the confusion sets in.

Gleevec may help it along, but I believe the main reason is the overwhelming stress from your personal situation. CML certainly does contribute as well. You have had multiple stresses all at one time causing your memory loss. This is strictly my opinion. I think that there will be a lessening of memory lapses once you relieve some of those stresses.Margot
