IHi all, We are all guinea pigs for this medicine. It hasn't been around long enough to know what it's really doing to our bodies. We have to remember we have a fatal disease. It use to kill within 5 years. My Onc told me now we have more with this med: this is a maybe if we don't get sick from something else. I'm 67 so you never know what's going to jump on you. I have read where it's usually not the CML that kills but a complication you get with it. I live by faith and not site and I believe God will take you home when he wants to regardless of the meds we take or anything else. So, I live each day with this in mind and when the day ends, I praise God for bringing me through another day and when I wake up I praise Him fo bringing me through the night. He will take care of us daily.
