I have what might be a dumb question. I guess I thought CML was CML with progression through the blast phase the same for all people but I see there are studies regarding myeloid blasts and lymphoid blasts. So, does that mean that when there are blast cells they always aren't the same kind?
Okay, while I'm asking questions, will someone explain in simple language for this bottle blonde what we will need to ask when we get PCR results? I still don't understand what a log reduction is...well, I understand it basically but just don't quite get it.
