Hi all,
I think we all battle fatigue.
I have cramps in my hands at times especially when chopping veggies and ect.
I have had bad cramps in my leg muscles and I think this is both CML and Gleevec related.
I try to walk daily and eat right.
My cholestrol had come down dramatically since being on Gleevec.
I also eat a lot of nuts and seeds so maybe this has helped.
Fresh unsalted nuts and seeds; I get them from my health food store, also lots of yogurt.
What is your HGB?
Mine stays at about 12. low side of normal.
I have been plagued with sores; I now have one on my nose.
It seems one heals and another starts.
They are very painful.
I just got over on on my eye.
blessings to all,
Jeanie<3

Hi to everyone.I had a blood test and came back normal with the esception of high cholestrol. I went through other tests such as sleep disorder test which show that I have a mild apnea disorder may have cause this fatigue. Now I have pain in my muscles which I don't think is Gleevec related. After reading about all my symptoms, I think I may be heading for fibromyalgia syndrome. My fatigue have stopped all my physical activity no matter what. I will discuss this with my doctor this week to see if more test is required to explain my fatigue and muscle pain before we blamed it on Gleevec. Does any one know about fibromylagia syndrome that may fellow CML?
