For in the mouth, rinsing throughout the day as many times as possible with Biotene took away my spots in the mouth. As for the lips, Burts Bees (burtsbees.com) has a lipbalm that's 95% natural and has cured my dry lips through every treatment so far. Also they have a lifegaurd lipbalm to wear outside to keep them protected from the sun (as it only makes the dryness worse). I used the vasoline ointment from the hospital (as someone else suggested here), until I found Burts Bees.
