Hi Lisa and thanks for the wonderful uplift.
I think exercise is an important key for all of us.
I try to walk even when I don't think I can.
I eat lots of yogurt, drink my milk, take cod liver oil or flax seed oil, black strap molassas and try to eat good wholesome whole foods; lots of fruit and veggies.
It gets easier but the battle is still forever in my mind and I'm a warrior against this just like all of us.
Hang in there all of you, there is more help on the way and never say never.
