Hi,
My dad who was dx in Aug 2005 is having series of low
counts from Jan this year.
His CBC report (test concuded on 10th Apr 2006) shows
the following.
The doc stopped Gleevec for a week (03 Apr-09 Apr
2006) since his WBC was low as well.
WBC 6.9
RBC 1.7
HGB 5.7
HCV 16.9
PLT 41,000.
The onc has asked for Coomb's test and I want to know
why this test is done.
His last bone marrow biopsy report doesn't showed in
blasts and he is on Gleevec is there a chance that
there is a case of blat crises.
