SKI606 does not wotk for T315I. VX680 is working in patients. The study at MD Anderson is open for all CML phases if patient has not responded to imatinib - they have had responses in all 3 phases. Drug is given as a 5 day IV infusion every 2 to 3 weeks. Oral version will be available in @ 3 months.
