Checked with MD Anderson. Dr Giles's study with VX-680 is open to patients of any stage of CML who have not responded to AMN107 or Dasatib and is open for CML patients with T315I regardless of exposure to other drugs. Patients do need to stay in Houston for some weeks after the first therapy.
