Except for anc at 1.0, his counts are all better than mine, and I am staying on 600mg. This seems like a good case for medication to boost neutrophil counts and stay on 600mg. I would definitely discuss this with the onc.
As for the RDW indicator, Dr Bessman (Univ. of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston) is doing a study of RDW as an early predictor, but has not done the study yet. The article said "Future study will determine whether an isolated elevated RDW will predict relapse or briefer duration of remission".
