Jonathan is 12 years old today and doing great ! He is our everyday
blessing and trooper !!! He has had ups and downs with his feet
aching.. so he rec'd from his grandfather a wonderful foot massager
from Brookstones. He recommends it for anyone with these aches. It
also does the thighs !!!!
He will receive a BMB on the 16th. His last BMB 6 months ago showed
6/100,000.
Doc is thinking on lowering his dosage of gleevec from 600 to 400mg.
He tolerates the dosage but weight gain and growth have been a issue.
Jonathan has also experienced "Perthes" at the same time he was dx with
CML. He will have his hardware taken out of his hip that was put in
March of 2005. This will take place in Sept.
The femur has grown back nicely and the bones are strong ! We are so
thankful.
He scheduled for Sept. because Jon wants to play on a team basketball
for this summer.
He has not been able to play for over 2 years on a team. He is so
excited.
