Mom came home from the hospital yesterday. Her platelets are still hovering near the 700,000 mark. They upped her hydroxy meds again and I am taking her back to the blood specialist on Tuesday. He wont give her the Gleevec until she gets approval from her insurance company. She should have that on Monday.
Although I do have my own list of questions, is there anything I should definitely be asking the doctor about on Tuesday? Thanks in advance.
