Terry, As the saying goes, one door closes and another opens! I hope that this new doc works out for you...you're so lucky that s/he's so close! I also have to travel quite a distance to see my onc, so I know how you feel. Sometimes I wish they could make home visits!!! (I wonder what that would cost?!) Sorry about missing your appointment...that would really tick me off! My biggest complaint in appointments past is when I have had test results come back as inconclusive...but at least the doctor has always been there to tell me that if nothing else! I always wondered why if a test came back inconclusive, why couldn't they just call me at home and tell me that there's nothing new...anyway, you hang in there and good luck with your new doc! Hope it's everything you want it to be!
