It hasnt enlarged but I think it is all the time.....lol.....I get such severe bouts of pain in that side under my ribs its not funny! And they always check my spleen and it is always okay. But the pain is so severe it just makes me sick and it lasts about a week. They finally decided it had to be gas......but that is hard to believe when it hurts THAT bad for so long.
