I just reviewed my husband's Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa's Medicare Part D again. He has Option 2, and Gleevec is covered with him paying 33%. It is considered a Specialty Drug. The donut hole still applies, and after $3850 out of pocket he will pay 5% coinsurance. I think every state is a little different. This plan is good for Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, and Wyoming. Debby
