I got ARANESP(not sure if spelling right,lol) shots, similiar to PROCRIT but last longer, when HGB fall below 12.0. Of course this helps with Red Blood. It doesnt hurt you and sure helps with energy. MD Anderson use to wait till lower but now will give if energy lacking.
