Hi Lori I have tinitus and periodic vertigo a lot. I had three attacks of vertigo that put me in bed and I get mild attacks that cause me to be dizzy when I tip my head a certain way at work. I usually have to sit down for a second. I take Meclizine for it. It started about a year after I started Gleevec. I have seen a specialist and we believe it is caused because of my tendency to retain fluid (gleevec side effect). I am seeing a new oncologist this coming Tuesday who has 60-70 CML patients and it is one question I plan to ask him because I want to know if others have it as well.
