Hi Suzieq, Yes, it did rain, we had rain and wind up to 70+ miles per hour. It was over in about 10 minutes as it moved on up your way. Your right about one thing we are about 2 to 3 miles south of I-44 and it seems that they get the worse of it. We had a storm shelter put in our garage floor 3 weeks ago. My wife told me sale the house and move OR put in a shelter. SHE won. I do feel better that we have it, don't even have to get wet, just walk into the garage push a button and the door slides back.
