Hi Pat:

I would have to agree with Rhonda. My friend had nonHodgkin's
lymphoma, large and small cell bone cancer. She had to go the IV chemo
route. The pills to keep her nausea at bay were astronomical. Someone
gave her some marijuana (and I am not advocating doing anything
illegal) and she, still to this day - 10 years in remission - swears
by it. I must mention she is also a nurse. It completely eliminated
her nausea and increased her appetite. She did exceptionally well, and
like I said, she is 10 years in remission. I would definitely approach
your physician for the marinol - you have nothing to lose.
