Well then maybe he is right Greenie, that it is panic disorder.  I do
know two of my kids live with that and there are meds that take care
of it and work well. Don't hesitate to get some help for it. You have
enough to deal with besides that stuff too.  Maybe the mornings are
the first time you are consciously 'thinking' or something. See a
psychologist or couselor and don't rely on a PCP to do the diagnosis.
Each has their own gifts and knowledge to give you respectively.
