I WAS STATIONED AT KELL A.F.B. IN TEXAS. DURING THE 1980'S IT WAS COMMON PRACTICE TO DUMP EXCESS JET FUEL(WHICH INCLUDES HIGH AMOUNTS OF BENZENE AND TCE) INTO A GROUND DUMP ABOVE THE DRINKING WATER AQUIFER. THE AMOUNT DUMPED WAS AT LEAST 250,000 TONS. THERE IS QUITE A TOXIC TRIANGLE OF CANCER NOW SURROUNDING THE BASE. UNBELIEVABLE RATES OF CANCER(YES CML) IN THE CIVILLAIN COMMUNITY. NO ONE IS TRACKING ANY MILITARY PEOPLE WHO WERE STATIONED THERE. THE D.O.D.
