Hi All, Just wondering if anyone on Gleevec also takes Cialis. If so, what dose and frequency? I'm on 400mg/day Gleevec and am in discussions with my primary doc and the onc about proper dosing. Both are metabolized by Cyp3A4, but Gleevec is also an inhibitor.
