Jeanie: I have had this problem for several years and tried everything under the sun, but nothing helped. One day I was in an ACE hardware store and saw UDDER cream on the counter. I bought a tube, use it twice a day and the problem is solved. If you cannot get it at ACE, most animal supply stores will probably have it Farmers use it on their cows' udders.
