Hello, I was diagnosed with CML in May 2004. Have been receiving Procrit weekly for all this time. Suddenly my insurance company has decided to deny a refill of my prescription because they say procrit is not indicated for myeloid leukemia. Anybody know why? What arguments can I use when appealing this decision?
