It seems clear that your PCRs are increasing steadily, and a 1 log increase will usually suggest that the issue should be investigated. I would ask your Onc to perform a Kinase Domain Mutation Analysis (also known as a Gleevec Resistance Test), and ARUP Labs does this test. The test will show if you have a Gleevec resistance mutation. If so, you will need to switch drugs.
