Hi Susie, I also had an eye bleed on Gleevec, after I had been on a while. It didn't hurt, and I had rubbed my eye because it was itching. Hi: I have seen others complaining of eyebleeds, well I think I just had my first one last night. I have been on Gleevec since 2000, but not any eyebleeds. My question is if you just wait for it to clear up, and if anyone has had one did they feel like the whole eyesocket was sore. I had an annoying pain behind my eye before I happened to notice the bleed. The weird thing was that my husband, who is not on Gleevec had one last week. His eye was a mess just like mine is now, and his just cleared up. I know people have eye hemorrhages, and they clear up so I do not know if mine was from the Gleevec or not.
