Yes, Medicare does charge 96.40 for their coverage.  I have not been
notified of an increase for that coverage as yet.  I received all the
notices about the cost of living increase and they have all shown that
the premium remains the same at this time.  As far as I know the $18
only applies to the supplemential coverage provided by Humana.
