Good Evening to everyone: I want to thank you all for your response about my lab experience...... (smile)
They always use a butterfly needle and most of the time, I'm in and out without a problem. Some have been so good, you don't even fill the stick of the needle. I do increase my fluids the day before and up to the visit., Not too much, though, just more than normal. No caffeine before hand & I usually always try to keep my mind occupied with talking to the nurse or something....but this time was so different I think because of the man sitting next to us that was having all the complications that it had everyone in the room distracted.....even the lady working on me. I am just thankful that I do not have to go back again until August (course that is barring any unforeseen troubles.)
