One of the side effects listed on Sprycel is URI. My dr, has me use Claritan to help in the winter months with post nasal drip and congestion. I think it's related to the Sprycel but have been on Sprycel for years. It usually starts late November and goes on through the Spring. Then, usually clears for summer months. Never a clear cut answer but this does help.
