Other than the fact Medicare and government prescription plans - meaning our already bloated, nationalized healthcare system - are some one hundred trillion dollars upside down? Then there's the fact that this plan is blatantly unconstitutional and won't withstand the inevitable challenges it needs to face in the highest courts.
