Hi Jeanie, I feel badly for you with this new health care program.
Indeed it is because of Obama's health care "plan" I just thank GOD that I don't need to use any of the anti CML drugs that are so very important to all of you CML worriors because of my BMT. However, I still need to use a variety of other drugs for other problems, and I recently found out that some of them will no longer be covered under that "plan" either. What is it called now? Change?!!! Also, some of my current physicians no longer want to accept my medicare coverage. It is especially getting more difficult for seniors to live with what is now going on. No COLA increase for the last couple of years, and as I understand it, not for the upcoming year either, while the congress voted themselves a raise, our supposed raise. I was never a "political" person but with what is going on now I will know how to vote, especially in this upcoming election, and I truly hope that "they" will do better, or at least be less for themselves and more for the people that put them in office in the first place.
