I have had eye bleeds for many years--I've been on Gleevec for 12 years next month. They are shocking to others, sometimes uncomfortable, but benign according to my ophalmologist and oncologist and yes--caused by Gleevec. I'm in a CML support group with 60 members or so and those on Gleevec all experience eye bleeds. FYI, I find that if I keep my eyes moist with dry eye drops, it helps prevent them. Virginia

He said, don't worry about it that we are in an area with high pollen and I may have rubbed my bleed to hard without thinking about it. If it does not get better in a few days to give him a call.
