Karen,To me your son's side effects seem severe enough to consider switching TKIs. Gleevec stopped working for me and we switched me to Tasigna. Tasigna has caused pretty extreme fatigue for me but it has been much more effective (3 weeks to normal WBC vs 9 months for Gleevec) and the side effects (for me) have been nothing compared to Gleevec. I had almost the exact same side effects on Gleevec as your son.Everyone seems to react differently to each of the available medications but it seems like something worth considering.Patrick
