Hi everyone-- A relative of mine is being switched to Sprycel/Dasatinib next week having developed a resistance to Gleevec. I'd like to ask those in the group with experience with this drug to give advice on how best to take it (time of day, etc.), under what circumstances (with food or without), and any side effects that you've experienced.
