Hi Sprycil Friends i am on sprycil for the last june 2009.In the begining i was on 100mg OD.due to plural effusion my dose was reduced to 70 mg, now i am on 50mg from last 3 months.its a wonderful, As per my experience best time to take this medicine is morning half an hour after breakfast. with regards V.S.Sidhu India
