Hi I have been on Sprycel for almost 3 years now. With any cancer drug it
must be monitored carefully during the first few weeks you take it, Your
blood counts can go down fast so keep a check on them.
You can take it with or without food, but I don't like to take any meds
without food so I take mine with my breakfast.
I have had less side effects with Sprycel than any other drug I took, and I
 have taken them all.
I did have bad sinus headaches in the beginning but they are better now.
Good luck,
Jeanie<3

For me, that was the wonderful thing about switching from glevec to
sprycel. I can take it anytime with or without food.
