I use Humana PPO and Medicare. The Social Security.(using the smallest per cent) cost of living increase will cover the increases in my Health Care. I received information from S.S., Humana, and Medicare about the 1st of October. Please remenber the any decision to change insurance coverage must be made by Dec. 15th and will be effective Jan. 1.
