Hi Millie and all, Great news! I hope you can tolerate it and stay in remission. We are praying for you and know you will come through this fight. I have not been feeling well this week. Just tired and the pain in my right side is almost constant now. I'm waiting to see my onc at Moffitt to see what he thinks I should to. I let you know. I hope everyone is good today. I told you I'd let you know of any progress concerning my being off of the Tasigna. My doctor (Oncologist) called me this afternoon and told me to go back on half strength. He talked to the people who make it and they suggested that and then he'll test my liver functions at the end of the month and see if there's any change. They may slowly increase it back to where it was, which was 800 mg. a day. Time will tell. I just wanted you to know what was happening, and to have you all wish me luck on this adventure. I am hoping for the very best, so we will see. I still can't get over the fact that he calls me personally. He had been on vacation and worried about me the whole time and called me as soon as he got back to let me know what they said to try. Very unusual for a doctor these days. I thank God for him every day along with all of you.
