From what I read, you take it with your Sprycel! I am not sure if I could take it with the Tasigna as I have to fast for 2 hours prior to taking it, and 1 hour after, so 3 hours total. All I can have during that time is water. Taking food with it could kill me, or that's what I was told. Maybe if I took it after, it would help. I'll give it a try.
