I think that both of our grandmothers were smart. Perhaps if we had used the
vinegar, we wouldn't be on this site....:>) My grandmother had her first job
at 75 working in her brothers bakery. What a lady. They grew them tough back
then. Nana was also in her nineties when she passed. I sure miss her. Hugs,

Every morning of her life my mother drank a glass of warm water containing a
spoonful of honey and a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.
She lived to age 97. After I was born in 1947, she went 61 years without
revisiting a hospital. She took no medications.
(I sure wish I had inherited her iron constitution!)
