I did not get along well with Gleevec at all. It had many undesirable side effects but it really made my skin break out. I have a little skin irritations from Sprycel but I can control it with topical lotions. It seems to keep the CML under control without the side effects. I had a pleural effusion that seemed to be caused by the Sprycel but I lowered my dose and seem to get along OK now..
