Thank Millie, down here in South West Florida the tree pollen is very high and my eye's have been watering up a lot. My nurse practitioner told me to get some non-drowsy 24 hour allergy pills 10 mg. I took one on Tuesday and it made me sick. It gave me fatigue and all I wanted to do was sleep. The next day I cut it in have to see if that helped, that made it worse, bad move. So, I stopped taking it would rather have my eye's water then be sick so Gleevec and allergy pills do not work for me. These Doctors can look up these drugs on their computer to see if they will interfere if our Gleevec but each person responds different. You have to be so careful what you take now days. I hate to tell you all this, but Marty has been going through some very rough times. He has had two emergency surgeries in the past 2 days and they don't think that they've fixed anything. He says he's black and blue and in need of a lot of rest. I didn't let you all know about this as I wasn't sure he wanted me to. I've decided, on my own, that he needs us all praying for him and so I'm asking everyone to please say prayers that he can come thought this okay. I don't know if he'll answer your e-mails right now and I've told him that I don't expect him to answer mine. He's just worn out from everything, plus they're still trying to give him his dialysis 3 times a week. He has a terrific family who are all there to celebrate Passover. I feel we're his family too, so please say your prayers for this wonderful person, who has helped so many of us. He really needs us right now. I know that we all need help now and then but we have supported one another through a lot of things, and this is one more thing that we have to do for one of us. He has become like a brother to me and a very good friend. I feel so lucky to have him in my life, and am sure most of you feel the same way.
