Dear Millie, Thanks for letting us all know what's going on, it's never good to hear bad news, but the knowledge of it gives us a chance to respond. I am sincerely sorry to learn about Marty's condition and will pray for his recovery. He has been such an inspiration to me since I joined this group please pass this along to his family. He has had two emergency surgeries in the past 2 days and they don't think that they've fixed anything. He says he's black and blue and in need of a lot of rest. I didn't let you all know about this as I wasn't sure he wanted me to. I've decided, on my own, that he needs us all praying for him and so I'm asking everyone to please say prayers that he can come thought this okay. I don't know if he'll answer your e-mails right now and I've told him that I don't expect him to answer mine. He's just worn out from everything, plus they're still trying to give him his dialysis 3 times a week. He has a terrific family who are all there to celebrate Passover. I feel we're his family too, so please say your prayers for this wonderful person, who has helped so many of us. He really needs us right now. I know that we all need help now and then but we have supported one another through a lot of things, and this is one more thing that we have to do for one of us. He has become like a brother to me and a very good friend. I feel so lucky to have him in my life, and am sure most of you feel the same way.
