To unsubscribe directly Go to https://groups.google.com Log in (Google groups will email you your password if you have forgotten). Click on the "My groups" icon/link. Click on CML Hope. Near the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click on the button with the tiny head and torso. (A mouse-over message should say, "My settings" when your cursor is over the button.) Mouse down the pop-up menu box to "Leave this group". Click the highlighted "Leave Group" button in the confirmation box. Patrick
