Hi Marty, Thanks for that info; that lets me out; I have been on Gleevec, Tasigna and now am on Sprycel. I have also had blast. I have tried on my own to lower the dose but my counts always start rising. I am going to talk to my onc on my next visit. Thanks again and hope you are great! Dr. Shah at UCSF is enrolling patients for a stop dasatinib study. If you are interested, please contact study coordinator Anna Arauz at [email protected]. Some parameters for the study: "They must have been treated with dasatinib for at least two years, and in a dasatinib-induced complete molecular response for at least nine months. They cannot have had more than one prior TKI, and cannot have been treated with prior stem cell transplantation. Additionally, they cannot have ever had accelerated or blast phase CML."
